Freedom

At Digital Unity you get the freedom to be outstanding. Each consultant receives an educational budget to spend as he pleases. Certifications, IT conventions (like Techorama or Devoxx), communication skills training, Cooking lessons, everything is possible! Together we work on a roadmap to improve yourself as a developer and as a person.

Close family

We are a close-knit team that genuinely likes to work together. Developing strong personal relationships is very important to us. We want to empower both the individual and the rest of our family. As a result, every consultant is free to express their thoughts on how our company can better itself each day. After all, to grow as a company is a team effort.

Due to our different fields of experience, we can always help our consultants working for our clients. We coach our people in hard and soft skills. Together with each consultant, we define a personal roadmap that matches their ambitions. We are on this journey together.

Flat company structure

We clearly say NO to hierarchical structures in our company. In our flat company structure, everybody is equal. You will not find fancy CEO, CTO, or other c-level titles here. We strongly believe that everybody can learn from everybody. Everyone has wisdom in his/her/x experiences.
