Your super powers
- Must have: ITIL V3/V4; laptop/desktop troubleshooting; Active Directory; experience with ticketingsystems; Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise; Experience with Windows 7 / 10 .
- Nice to have: mobile device management experience; knowledge of routing & switching.
- Experience: You already have 1 to 3 years of experience in your backpack.
- Passionate about helping other people.
- Critical thinker. You always look for the "why" of things. Asking "why?" creates new insights!
- Team-oriented: We go for victory together!
- You share your knowledge with colleagues and are not afraid of explaining your vision.
- Old school corporate structures? Nothing for you. You prefer to operate in a community where people are equally valued.
- Good communication is important for team efforts, you are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
- You draw energy from working in high-tech and continuously innovating environments.
